"Hired Marathon Construction to repair a fence that had some posts that snapped off at ground level and to put a preservative sealer on the deck. The estimate was reasonable and they worked hard to finish the project. They did the fence fast and its now very sturdy. They were committed to getting the deck right even though there was a hiccup in getting the deck color mixed to match the sample. David actually took a piece of the deck to have them (Lowes) match it! Everyone I spoke to from the company was very friendly and helpful with questions/requests."

The company provided a quick and fair quotation using photos and measurements that I provided of the deck along with a description of the services I was requiring.  Upon my acceptance of the quote, the work was scheduled that week.

When the technician arrived, he assessed that due to the previous staining job being performed on wet pressure treated wood that we would need to use a different type of stain product than was originally quoted.  The difference in price was ~$50 and we mutually agreed to the change in scope.

The technician performed the cleaning on the first day.  The cleaning consisted of a blower to remove any large debris and a pressure wash with a cleaning solution.

The staining occurred on day two and was applied with a gas-powered sprayer.  We had chosen a Sherman Williams Solid Color Traditional Russet Superdeck Stain.  As Good As New offered a 3 year warranty for this product.

Upon completion, the technician and I walked the job and looked for missed spots.  We found none.  He then gave detailed instructions on how to care for the new stain and told me to call if we had any issues during the warranty period.

"He misrepresented himself as part of the Ochoa Roofing and more, which he is not. He got the fencing done in a timely manner but charged more after he was finished due to under estimation. My husband hired him but when I went to look at finished gate I noticed it wasn't even when the gate closed. Tight as it should be on the top but as it goes down to the bottom the gap for larger. We did not call back to repair."

"The team from Sunlite Exteriors was fantastic - beginning with the team that took the measurements for the estimate, the follow up from the owner and the crew that performed the installation and painting. First - the ladies that took the measurements actually took time to measure accurately and took plenty of pictures. It was a refreshing experience compared to the guy from the big box store that barely wrote down anything and gave us an estimate on scrap paper.. These ladies were professional! Second - Bob, the owner, sent the estimate and called to follow up. He was patient and helpful, answering all my questions about the siding options. Third - the quote was excellent. We obtained four estimates and Sunlite Exteriors was by far the best value. Fourth - the team that installed the siding and did the painting was great. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves daily and pointed out areas that needed repairing that we weren't aware of until the old siding was removed, and they were able to perform those repairs. Bob visited the work site several times to make sure everything was going well. Overall, everyone we dealt with at Sunlite Exteriors was professional and experienced. We would definitely hire them again if we needed their services again!"
