"Mr. Vasquez came to the house for an estimate. He sat down with us & asked for as many details as possible. He gently offered advise when we were unsure of an answer. He got us an estimate in a very timely manner. We had 2 other contractors come out for an estimate. J & D was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We did feel that the price was a little steep at the time. (the end result went above & beyond the price) When we decided to go with them, he stayed in contact with me & came to the sight daily. During the construction, I decided to add crown molding & other detail molding on the walls, as well as painting. Mr. Vasquez did not blink an eye, he graciously called in his painter & completed the request. The project took less than a week to complete (even with the add on's). My house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The completed shelves look as if they were constructed with the house. The gutters were a must with the rain & elevation of the new built house. The price was slightly lower than other bids we had gotten. My husband said his only regret was that we didn't find J & D before we built our house, that we would have had them build the entire house. I simply could not be more please with the outcome. Every employee was incredibly nice, and professional. The cabinet doors on the book shelves were custom made & the detail is flawless. I honestly can not say enough about this company. It was worth every single penny, and then some! We will be using them again for other projects around the house. I know I will not be disappointed."

He answered all of the questions patiently and went into great detail as to how the product is manufactured and put together to insure top notch quality. He made some nice recommendations which really made sense and finally took all measurements. All of the glide out shelving was custom manufactured in their local workshop. Installation was completed in one day. It's been almost a year and we have put it to good use and worth every penny. The shelves are really strong (unlike box stores) and the glide-out rails are simply superb and smooth. "Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead. The master bath vanities and kitchen island were our signature pieces and Ismael and his guys built them exactly the way we wanted.
