AREA-WIDE CARPET CLEANING

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Hired them to clean and seal the tile floors at our new house. Instead of cleaning them, the technician flooded them and left them that way. The floors were never cleaned! He also sprayed sealer all over our stainless steel appliances, cabinets, woodwork and baseboards. I spoke to the owner and two managers and I was assured that they’d come back and clean the floors properly and that they could fix all of the issues. They didn’t show up and have stopped answering their phones. The business is not located at the address listed on their website... Their are complaints lodged against them with the BBB... Beware!!!

Very Upset. They charged my credit card 2x in error in March 2015. I called the very next day and informed them of the error. The owner Robert said no problem he would credit my card back on his credit card machine. Two weeks later I noticed that I never got the credit and then I called again and spoke again to the owner Robert. he stated that it was a problem with his "square" cc processing method and that he would have to call the company and figure out how to do it. A week later, now into April I called again and he stated that the square company was not able to refund it on the cc processing system and that he would mail a check. I gave him my address name, etc and emailed him a copy of the double billing on my cc statement. I then waiting two more weeks and no check. I then called back once again and Michael said I would have to speak to Robert. I then called again later in the day and spoke again to Robert and he seemed "rushed" and said he would for sure mail the check TODAY. I then waiting another week. Still no Check. I then called back and spoke to Stephen and Stephen again told me I have to speak to Robert. I left him a message and he never called me back. Since then I have called 8 times once a week only to leave him a message and never get a call back. I feel that My time is valuable also as a business owner and that this is a very poor way to run a business! I would not recommend them unless you want to be charged twice for the same service and then never credited!  Today I called and Steven (who sounds exactely like Robert the owner) hung up on me and wouldn't even take my phone number to give to the owner.  He states that they were going to refund me but now they are not because I have been Harrassing them about the refund.

Jim and his assistant arrived promptly, took a look at the carpet in the rooms I needed to have cleaned, gave me a price, and prepared any furniture that needed moving. I was pleased with the conscientious way they worked---quickly, but not superficially.
