"These folks know it all. My bathroom was completed in just over 2 weeks. They replaced my sagging waterlogged floor, created a walk-in ADA compliant shower, took a vintage buffet and refinished it and created a beautiful vanity, installed a beautiful tile floor and tripled my storage by creating a giant custom bathroom linen closet that I still have not been able to fill completely. The bathroom space is the same but feels twice as large. We have other projects and we will be calling them. Oh, and my home is a manufactured home. Communication was key and constant. "I have been trying for over two years to have a sag in my dining room ceiling repaired and a botched backsplash in my kitchen redone. I got 5 estimates with no follow-up once I agreed to the amount. After deciding to replace all the backsplash and start fresh, I got a response from Johnny Brink's...I was given an estimate, and work began within a couple of weeks. The guys doing the work, Dylan and Gary, were there first thing in the morning and cleaned up in the afternoon. I had a new dining room/ kitchen ceiling and backsplash...all in 4 days. The only issue and I hate to complain because everything else I'm very happy with is that the vent hood for my stove was reinstalled at 30 inches (at max. height) when originally had it at 24 inches."

"Started a little shaky with an employee making appointments but not actually putting them on the books, but when I called for a missed appt., I had immediate response. The owner came out the next day, drew up the plan, gave us the options for the tub (deep soaker), surround (goes to the ceiling), shower head and fixtures. He made some suggestions that really helped (corner shelves, grab bars). He made it easy. No price games were played, like I can do this if you book today, or let me call my boss to see what we can do. He gave us a discount for cash payment. The work was done as soon as the parts were available. The installers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would absolutely use Rebath again"

"They do a good job with quoting the granite counter fabrication, tear-out of old counters, etc. They were much less conscientious with the backsplash, and basically did not do what they quoted, which led to a series of mistakes and a bad outcome. They quoted using 1/4 Hardy backer board behind the back splash, but cut corners and installed the backsplash tile over the old lumpy sheet rock, by using too thick an adhesive/mortar base. This led to an uneven tile application with high and low tiles, which would have been avoided if they did what was quoted. the back splash had to be corrected by the homeowner after they left, in addition to the cutouts for outlets, which were not adequately precise in size or location. I would not recommend them unless you are capable of fixing their mistakes. They will not reply to you after they have been paid. Their number one priority was completing the job in one day, irrespective of quality. Too bad, showing up 1.5 hr late and cutting corners contributed to a poor outcome. They could have done better and earned a 5-Star review. With regrets."
