"My experience was top notch. Needed a turn off valve replaced for one of my toilets, but it was during a busy time of the month and couldn’t take off work. He was willing to come out after hours and replaced not only the leaking valve but the other one that was going to give out anytime. Got it flush with no extra pipe showing.
