My technician Dillon worked with me to make sure we could get our drain line repaired same day and even went as far to work thru the rain. Highly recommend this company. 11 out of 10

Dean's Plumbing is an awesome company to deal with. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous, took the time to put on booties on his boots also cleaned up after himself. I will call upon Dean's plumbing whenever there's a need.

worst plumbers ever. Instead of changing from the tub drain to the shower drain. They gutted a wall and then excavated the foundation. deliberately broke the pipe to justify their determination that it had to have a center drain. then told me to increase the price from over $4,000 to $12000. that was their price for just the plumbing. Because as David told me they do not do any tile work or shower walls, etc. I have put in a complaint. But was told up to the homeowner to ensure work is done properly. So there is no recourse for damage done.

Make them finish what they start. I still have a huge hole in my wall. Would have given a better rating but I still have a giant hole in my wall they promised to fix.

Removed the air gap to my dishwasher as it was causing my dishwasher to not drain properly due to stoppage. They came out within the hour, gave me a fair price and had the work done quickly, thoroughly and professionally. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs. I am so impressed with plumbers Billy and Jed!

He actually took the time to look at the problem, found the problem and repaired it. The plumber that came before him, looked at for 5 minutes and decided the whole thing needed replaced. The repair person was professional and courteous.

Very friendly and helpful

Hired this company to replace an exterior hose bibb. They replaced it promptly and stated that I shouldn't use it or attach a hose for 24 hours. I came back a day later to reattach my hose and found that the hose bibb seemed a little loose. When I inspected it further, I found that they had only sealed the hose bibb at the top. This makes it appear as if it is fully sealed but when you crouch down, you can see that the bottom half of the hose bibb was left exposed allowing ants and other pests an opening to get in. The original hose bibb was fully sealed all the way around and didn't move if you tried to shake it. My other hose bibb is the same way. This new hose bibb is now drooping a little and I will have to spend my own time and money to address it when this should have already been taken care of.

I think the price is a little too expensive and they give you a 30 day warranty when they should give at least 90 days.

Dean's wrongly diagnosed a clogged pipe and proceeded to snake the vent pipe through the roof with a motorized auger. It was only after they left that I realized the anger was too powerful for the pipe and the torque ended up breaking the PVC 2" vent pipe. I had to hire another plumber company (Gibson's Plumbing) to repair the vent pipe that was broken by Dean's as well as repair the original problem which was the drain line that had to be reattached. To reattach the drain line, Dean's quoted me $4000 to dig from the side of the house. Gibson's plumbing reattached the drain line for a fraction of the cost and didn't have to do any digging. After working with three plumbers on this repair, I can say Dean's is expensive and doesn't do anything like crawl under a house and assess a problem without the customer paying for it. O'Bryan plumbing came out and did a great job giving me a quote and didn't even charge me for them to crawl under the house.
