However, his techs were unable to see into the venting and offered to find us another service provider who could perform the work. Within an hour I received a call from Maria in the office with a recommendation. They had contacted the other company on our behalf to discuss our issue. Shortly following her call I receive a call from Sue with Home Safe ( a competitor) to discuss the issue and set up a time to do a no cost inspection. It is often difficult to find a good service company and we feel fortunate to have chosen Paul Boyd and Climate Doctors. Not only did they complete the service offered Paul reduce the cost to their standard service fee of $29 because e felt they were not able to correct the issue."
