Derek is very professional. He notified me when on his way. He explained his plan to install an outlet for the newly installed gas cooktop. He asked me to send pictures of the proposed area for the outlet and gave me a quote. No surprises on the cost as I have experienced with other electricians. Recommend Derek for any electrical repair or installation

Derek was incredibly responsive via text messaging and his follow up was of a quality hardly ever seen. Overall, his communication was spot on. When he arrived he started working right away and finished promptly. He even took time to help me with a couple of other projects. In feel like I not only found a great electrician but a person of high standards and professionalism. I will hire him again and again.

We just recently moved to a new house and had some issues with the electrical throughout the house. We called Alive Electric and Derek responded immediately and got us on the schedule the following day. He came out was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to repair a number of different issues in our house. I would highly recommend Derek and Alive Electric for any of my future needs.
