Technician told me it would be dry by evening, and it was not--I am still dealing with mold and mildew, and many damp things in the bedroom and hall. We had to hire another company, and also use other equipment.

It was a misunderstanding from the start. Their was too much debris that you left in the area to properly clean. We do not remove wet clothing! Sorry this happened!

James did an excellent job! My driveway had not been cleaned since it was built (35 years ago). It now looks brand new. James was on time, very friendly and I was completely satisfied!

Fabulous! They got me scheduled in so quickly, and James showed up promptly. I raised two concerns when making the appointment (not wanting house paint loosed by power washing, and not wanting streaks on my clean windows). Both were answered to my satisfaction on the phone, but when James showed up he asked me about those two things again--I really appreciated knowing they listened. James was amazing and wanted to assure I was completely happy with his job. And of course I am--it is such a joy looking out my windows again (really important during this pandemic when we are stuck inside so much!).

I initially hired Dallas Home Improvement to clean 2 drapery panels and my rugs after my dogs had accidents. Mike was on time and did a great job. While he was cleaning the drapes, he saw how dirty my windows were and gave me a very reasonable quote to clean them. He took the rugs with him when he finished the drapes. Another accident and I had them come out again to clean and booked the window cleaning. When Mike was steam cleaning the drapes he noticed the rug pad (that was underneath the rugs being cleaned) smelled and suggested that he steam clean the rug pad when he came back to do the windows. Today Mike came back to clean the windows, steam clean the rug pad and return the cleaned rugs. Everything is fresh and clean!! I will definitely be hiring Dallas Home Improvement to clean my windows again in the spring and whenever I need drapery or rug cleaning.
