"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"AWFUL SERVICE - DO NOT HIRE! There are PLENTY of companies out there that will do a good job cleaning your home. Find one that is trust worthy and will accept responsibility when something goes wrong! They severely damaged my wood floors. I was strung along for over a month, being promised a supervisor would call me but no one ever did. Eventually the girl answering the phones basically told me she thought my husband and I were liars. I have never been so disrespected as a customer. I can guarantee I would not be putting myself through this if I had any doubt as to whether it was them. To add fuel to the fire, they failed to show up for our original appointment time (we had to reschedule with them) and they didn’t even clean our bathroom countertops. Their unprofessionalism is astounding."
