Tony and his crew did a very good job. They were professional and ran a clean worksite. It was obvious that they cared about their profession. They did not mind questions as stages of the work were being executed and were glad to provide answers.

Soon after requesting quotes from Angieâ s for a residential concrete drive and sidewalk replacement. I had gotten 4 quotes. All of them were very similar in cost, timeline, procedure, and product. I have years of experience in construction including all the important details of a quality concrete job. The first 3 contractors gave their prices period. So I then had to ask all the questions necessary to determine exactly what work and what materials their quotes included. Then came quote #4, Tony of DUNRITE 1 CONCRETE & MASONRY. Tony arrived right on time, 10am, to give us a quote. He promptly gave every detail of how the job would be done without me having to ask a single question. He said that on day 1 they would tear out the old drive and sidewalk put down crushed concrete as needed, tamp it down, puy in forms, install #3 rebar on 16â centers (NOT 18â centers as the 3 previous contractors quoted). Then come back on day 2 to pour 4 inches (not 3 inches as the other contractors had quoted) of 3500psi concrete unless I wanted a higher rated concrete. He said he would call for the concrete as soon as the crew arrived on day 2 so that it would definitely not be on the truck too long which is very important. I only had only 1 question: When can you start? He said THAT DAY. THEN Tony made a MOST REMARKABLE statement. NO MONEY UP FRONT, PAY AT COMPLETION. By 3:00 the next day the job was masterfully finished by expert craftsmen. The crew came back the third day with dirt and backfilled where needed. They left zero mess or damage. My recommendation is that if you are planning any kind of concrete work, call DUNRITE 1 right now for the peace of mind of a quality job, performed promptly, by experts.

I had a horrible experience with a previous contractor I hired to get rid of a very large landscape rock in my backyard. Tony and his crew at Dunrite1 totally changed my perception. They showed up when they said they were going to, brought the right tools for job, completed the job, then cleaned up the work area all at a fair price. No more annoying landscape rock. Will definately be calling these guys back when I need the concrete walkway leading to my front door remodeled. Thanks again, Tony!

Tony & his crew did a fantastic job on replacing my old Railroad Tie Retainer Wall that was deteriorating with a new concrete block wall with a stucco finish. It looks beautiful. This is the guy you want for any masonry or concrete work that you need to have done.

I interviewed Tony in the afternoon and they started the job the next morning, finishing the next day. They do only concrete jobs and they really know how to do it well. They replaced one section of our driveway using rebar reinforcement, something the original builder did not do. Tony showed up with all of the appropriate equipment including a bobcat and concrete saw. I am very pleased and highly recommend Dunrite.

The guys were really great to work with. Showed up exactly when they said they would and provided a reasonable estimate. They put me on calendar to finish the work in about a week but had an opening and completed the new driveway two days after providing the estimate. It came out perfect, I'd absolutely recommended Dunrite!

What a remarkable, professional company! Tony was professional, helpful on suggesting a better, stronger retaining wall than I had planned. Not to mention it was less expensive and better suited for the property. His employees were very well skilled and professional as well. They worked well together. Were efficient, respectful, and highly skilled. The retaining wall, ramp from the patio and drainage ramps under our gutter down spouts look great. And they cleaned up and hauled off any trash when they were completed. I highly recommend Dunrite for your next project.

The work done was top notch. My new patio floor looks great! Wish i called them a long time ago. They made sure my sprinkler system was taken care of and even cut down shrubs that were in their way when i was supposed to do it before they arrived. I am going to hire them again for other work in the future . To tell the truth this project came out to be much lower in cost and came out a lot better than i thought. I am really enjoying my new patio!!

Both Tony and Mary were very nice. My only issue is that I had to seek communication about basic information. My experience with other businesses, this information was automatically provided (ex..info about the bid, changing the job date without notification, obtaining a receipt of the finished job). However, the work was done well and timely on a small repair of a driveway. I would have no concern hiring them again as the quality and value was good. Thanks.

Tony, his wife, Mary, and the rest of his family are attentive to the owners needs. They were flexible when my wife came up with a couple of changes she wanted. They made them and for a very reasonable cost and time estimate. They were here when they said they would be and even worked on the weekend due to rain during the week. We would hire them again.
