He couldn’t do it because the equipment was too heavy to haul up the ladder by himself. So he overcame the issues by using other equipment and got the job done from inside the kitchen and charged us less. The only complaint is one simple kitchen drain clog (less than 30 min) still cost over $400. Seems excessive?"
