"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Jeff McCoy is hands down the most honest/transparent/fair priced home builder in East Texas out of about 10 that Iâ ve interviewed. His work and years of experience is right up there with all of the more highly priced/named home builders. He is a true â cost plusâ (set management fee (unless you have large â add onâ then his fee will be adjusted to reflect his time and effort for the additional project, then you pay for what home costs as far as labor and materials) builder. His fee will NOT go up the more your materials or house costs like a percentage builder. He is very kind hearted, patient and a pleasure to work with. He hires experienced/ quality subs. I do HIGHLY recommend McCoy Designers/ Builders. If I build another home, I will use him again for sure."

"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."
