Quick and friendly response to my original request. Quick and friendly review of some photos by text. Quick and friendly reasonable estimate. Quick and friendly communication about scheduling and rescheduling. Arrived in the agreed upon window. 2nd half - solved the problem. Did a beautiful job. Representatives were respectful (for me overly so but that's me) and also... you guessed it...friendly and communicative throughout. Gave estimates of time required. Updated throughout. Even left me a little paint to touch up other walls of my house that are nicked up. Cleaned up the room afterwards...amazing Soup to nuts feels like a small business that knows what it's doing which I am a million percent in favor of. Very much recommend these folks. "Cerdas Painting did a superior job in all aspects of painting 6 rooms and a hallway. Had them remove 'popcorn' ceiling texture from 4 rooms. They supplied samples of paint which ended up true to what we got. All trims were clean with straight edges. They always let me know when they would be here and never delayed the job for any reason. These people worked very hard with just a lunch break and long hours. We were able to live in our house while the work was being done. Jason was so kind and considerate while the work was being done it was a welcome change from other teams we have used in the past. They were not the cheapest but were great with the quality and there is not need fix anything afterwards. Cleanup was quick and complete. I will be using them again!"

"I hired Santiago last month to demo wood panels and skim coat the walls smooth since the panels were covering up a lot of mess that was never updated. His pricing was right there along with other contractors I got quotes from. Others had fine print that stated pricing could go up depending on the walls getting damaged from removing the panels, but THIS company promised to include of any damage, and that was important for me, to stay in budget. Santiago was so friendly and professional, covered my floors including the path through my home. He found some old drywall that was too brittle which he replaced, he also patched some holes in the ceiling from plant hooks etc, matched the ceiling texture perfectly and gave it a fresh coat of paint. Then he replaced all the window trim and added a little shoe molding on the bottom because there was a gap showing where the floor met the wall. So much attention to detail. Iâ m 100% going to hire him for my future projects and I know if youâ re shopping around, stop, you found the right contractor. These walls are smoother than I expected and Iâ m so happy with how it turned out."
