They were on time, very professional, explained and demonstrated everything they were doing, left everything clean and in place. "I had Ben come back out again and he did our fireplace which now absolutely looks like new. We had asked our property manager when we were stationed away to ensure this and other tasks got done. The property manager apparently never did this task. Dave arrived on time and worked diligently - he also took the time to educate me on all the functions and how he cleans (the process, the materials, and the safety checks) - which made it a class + a cleaning. It was simply awesome. His efforts, timeliness and great prices are once again truly appreciated. During this visit he also streamlined my dryer vent to remove the multiple 90s and improve the airflow. Talent, great price, and hometown service - who could ask for more."
