"Stellar service! Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. "Tony Ratliff installed safety Bars in my shower. He was very professional, considerate and did a fantastic job. He kept in touch with me, came on time and quickly got the job done.
