"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"This spring in Dallas was **** for rain and wind, and I was starting to lose some ties on my roof. "Mike was very detailed oriented and up front about costs and discussed value of his product as well as other siding products we were considering. His crew was very professional and daily cleaned up after themselves. Our siding was a special order color by the supplier and required us to wait for the beginning of instillation as well as two shorter waits during the process for more supplies to come in. I feel like communication could have been a little better when we were waiting for the supplies. If we didn't have to worry about our pets being inside while the workers were at the house the communication issue would not have been anything to worry about either."

"All work was done in a timely, professional manner.  Shingles and majority of the work was done within two days with a few items finished a few weeks later-a skylight that had to be ordered, etc.
Everyone did a top notch job.  The roofers even went over the grounds two times picking up nails after the job was done, and did a very good job at that.  They were very pleasant folks.  We were glad to have them do the work.
After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
