I don't remember the exact date of the service, but later that evening the weekend rain storm started. This is significant because the tree service provider that had previously trimmed my tree had cut the branches in such a way that my roof could have been damaged if the wind blew a certain. Well the wind had blown the previous week, and one of the branches put a hole in my roof. After all the damaged branches had been removed, Charlie, the man who was overseeing the work, was concerned about the hole in my roof. I contacted the people who had installed the roof; however, Charlie decided to patch the hole just in case because there was no certainty a roofing crew could make it. This was above and beyond, and I truly appreciated his concern. I will definitely call Southwest Tree Service in the future, and I recommend that others do the same.
