This was our first remodeling project and they did a great job helping us make all the design decisions at the beginning of the project. The guys that actually did the work checked in with us every day to let us know what was happening. There was one small problem with the shower door but they took care of it and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. All during the process, they were very quick to respond to every text message we sent. Highly recommend!"

The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"
