"Ryan showed up on schedule, was very professional, drilled a few holes in the concrete porch, pumped poly and raised the porch back to level. Then he filled the holes back with concrete, cleaned up and was gone in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend his company."

"A small amount of heaving and settling was measured; however I was advised it was minor and within appropriate tolerances. The inspector advised me how to even the soil moisture content to encourage re-leveling and suggested a simple solution to the drainage issue that caused the situation. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't need. On the contrary, because I needed no repair, there was no additional charge. And the inspector promptly and graciously responded to a question I called to ask after he departed. A very pleasant experience."

"From start to finish Brian and his crew were excellent and most importantly quick!  Brian came out Friday to do the estimate of the work. We both walked around the perimeter of my home looking for and investigating area were we had cracks or missing concrete (due to natural shifting). Brian found more places than originally I thought we had to be concerned about. That left me feeling nervous that this job was going to be more expensive than I had originally hoped as well. There was even a section where several brick had to be replaced. Ten minutes later I expected Brian to tell me goodbye and then get back to me in a few days with a quote. No way, he on the spot said "How's $650.00 sound to you?"  I said "Sounds real good and real fair too!"   Then he went a step farther and said "My guys are just finishing up a job across town so I'll have them come by today and knock this out." Amazingly 4 hours later my job was done, my wife was happy, and my house was sealed tight and looking back to brand new all for an amazing price. Definitely give Brian a call regarding any outdoor concrete work you need done. From the pictures on his website their custom work and outdoor patios look outstanding as well. A+++ all the way around.

"Had 3 companies provide estimates. IFR was 1/2 the cost (price included the city permit, plumbing inspection and structural engineer final report). Although they were going to do alot less work. I was concerned about that at first, but they convinced me that I didn't need as many piers and that concrete would be fine for my situation. In fact, one of the places that the other 2 said I needed piers, IFR said was actually due to a rotted seal plate and the tree roots growing next to the house and recommended that I cut down the tree. When pressed on it, they said they'd be happy to sell me more piers, and more expensive materials if they thought I needed it, but they didn't want to sell me something I didn't need.
They used a large crew and installed the concrete piers and leveled the beams of the house in half a day.  Immediately upon leaving, I realized that they didn't repair the seal plate. I called their office who got in touch with the foreman, and his crew came right back and repaired the seal plate the same day (he had overlooked it on the work order). While under the house, he noticed that there was another section of seal plate on the otherside that also had issues, and that he wanted to replace it.  They did so the next day AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Although they filled the holes from the installed piers with extra dirt, after the recent rains we had, a few of them sunk below ground level by about 1 foot.  I called their office, and they had a guy come out the next day and refill the holes.
All in all, very pleased.
