"Ryan showed up on schedule, was very professional, drilled a few holes in the concrete porch, pumped poly and raised the porch back to level. Then he filled the holes back with concrete, cleaned up and was gone in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend his company."

"They were contacted and came out for the first meeting a few days later and gave me an estimate. My house was so badly in need of foundation repair that they advised me to have a structural engineer to come out and I did that. Their initial estimate of the work was not very far off the engineers report. We set up a date to begin work and they were here exactly the time they estimated they would be here. There was one problem which was a miscommunication but it was dealt with quickly and I was very pleased. The work did take a day longer than planned but I was happy that it was done right so the extra day was no problem. I have laminate floors in my house so I had another person remove the flooring before the work began or they would have had to cut the floor in order to jack hammer the concrete below. They placed 31 piers around the outside of my house and and replanted any plants or shrubs that were removed while digging. They moved all the furniture to one side of the room and placed plastic around it. They rolled back the carpet in three rooms enough to jack hammer and install piers. After the piers were placed and leveled they filled the holes with concrete and let it sit for a day then they came back and replaced the carpets and placed the furniture back to the same place. This is not their fault but if anyone has this kind of work done please be prepared for all the dust that will get everywhere in the house no matter how much plastic wrap they used. I am going to have to hire a maid service to help me get rid of all the dust. After the concrete sat for a day they came back and swept and mopped the floors and you can't tell by these photos but it looked ok when they left."

"I spoke with Brian who visited my home to provide an estimate and provide the best options for repairing the area that were in need of repair. Prior to selecting Stone Masters there were other masonry contractors who refused the work because it appeared to be a small job. Brian gave me a mid-range price, he was not the cheapest and he was not the most expensive. Brian and his team arrived as scheduled and completed the work beyond my satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent and his crew did an awesome job in cleaning up the site. I have to share that the brick walkway that led up to my front door was really shabby and in need of repair. Brian's work is outstanding and I plan to use his services again in the near future."

"Had 3 companies provide estimates. IFR was 1/2 the cost (price included the city permit, plumbing inspection and structural engineer final report). Although they were going to do alot less work. I was concerned about that at first, but they convinced me that I didn't need as many piers and that concrete would be fine for my situation. In fact, one of the places that the other 2 said I needed piers, IFR said was actually due to a rotted seal plate and the tree roots growing next to the house and recommended that I cut down the tree. When pressed on it, they said they'd be happy to sell me more piers, and more expensive materials if they thought I needed it, but they didn't want to sell me something I didn't need.
They used a large crew and installed the concrete piers and leveled the beams of the house in half a day.  Immediately upon leaving, I realized that they didn't repair the seal plate. I called their office who got in touch with the foreman, and his crew came right back and repaired the seal plate the same day (he had overlooked it on the work order). While under the house, he noticed that there was another section of seal plate on the otherside that also had issues, and that he wanted to replace it.  They did so the next day AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Although they filled the holes from the installed piers with extra dirt, after the recent rains we had, a few of them sunk below ground level by about 1 foot.  I called their office, and they had a guy come out the next day and refill the holes.
All in all, very pleased.

"Miguel was prompt and kept in good communication.  He worked with me to verify type of gravel used as the base, and assisted with installation of an improved vapor barrier I supplied myself, (two layers of Tu Tuf #4 and form sides consisting of Foamular 150 glued to the concrete permimeter beam in the garage).  Concrete pour of 5 inches of #4-reinforced 4000-psi concrete when very well, sloping 2 inches from back to front, and smoothed nicely by his team throughout the afternoon into early evening.  Highly recommend M & T Concrete, will ask them back for the rest of the driveway.
