My personal experience was unique in that upon meeting with and hiring GG a family member passed away leaving me in a position where I had to rely on the team to work on my behalf while I was in another city for the majority of job. "If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Most I talked to had no idea they existed. I company never even started it even after collecting my deposit. When Albert responded to an online inquiry, I was so impressed with his professionalism & enthusiasm, Albert kept me informed of every aspect of the install. He is highly skilled & knowledgeable. What he’s unfamiliar with, he thoroughly researches. High quality, reliable, aesthetically pleasing work. I also needed grab bars installed in both of bathrooms. I asked Albert if he could install. Again friendly, professional, quality, prompt workmanship. In all that he does, I witnessed a high level of attention to detail and efficiency in completing the jobs with minimal disruption. "This is my second update of my review. They remodeled two of our bathrooms (complete remodel). The final result is nice, but the path getting there was not smooth, with some rework. If I were going to do it all over, I might have picked them to do the shower and tub/shower and another contractor for the rest of the work. If you do have them do a full remodel, pay attention to details and stand firm, they will eventually make it right."
