Very well. I caked at 8 am, they promised and showed up in the early afternoon. The one little glitch was that they had the wrong window with them initially, but someone brought out the other one soon and the glass was replaced efficiently, the mess cleaned up. The installer was courteous.

I had recently got an estimate for that repair and it was like almost $100. My previous mechanic stopped working and turned me over to another mechanic. Baker Glass was next door to this mechanic and they work on window regulators. They charged me only $50 to do the job.
