Southwest Auto Glass, a privately owned company, founded in El Paso, Texas by Rafael Garcia in 1992.Today, we are the largest and most respected auto glass company in the Southwest. With over 175 years of combined experience behind us, you can be assured of the best possible service and products. Whether you need a windshield for your sports car or a door glass for the company truck, we carry every type of glass for every vehicle on the road today.In 2000 Southwest Auto Glass won the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, and was named finalist in 1998, 1999 and 2001. I noticed a chip on my windshield on my way to a doctor's appointment. After my appointment I went online to get it repaired. First I checked with the nationally advertised business and I got an online quote. However, they couldn't get me in for a couple of days. That could be a problem, because the chip spread. Then I checked with Southwest Auto Glass. They're price was better than the other place and they could take me right of way. They explained that the chip may not completely "disappear" after the repair. The fix worked, but if you look carefully, you can still see a very small chip. I'm very happy the repair worked and that I won't have to eventually replace the windshield. Also, I went to their Montana location.

Very well. I caked at 8 am, they promised and showed up in the early afternoon. The one little glitch was that they had the wrong window with them initially, but someone brought out the other one soon and the glass was replaced efficiently, the mess cleaned up. The installer was courteous.

Had an 18 wheeler throw a rock at the windshield of my new car creating a small chip. Checked Angie's list and found an A service provider minutes away from work.
Called and scheduled an appointment with Southwest Auto Glass who suggested that I call my insurer. Sure enough, repairs were 100% recovered, replacement too (although the deductible would have applied).
Went in today for my appointment and the owner had to call my insurance company since they hadn't fowarded him a work order as promised. The repair was done within 5 minutes at no cost to me and my window is now guaranteed to not crack from the repair spot.
Will try and remember to follow up in a few months on how well the repair has held.

I called for an estiment and was given an appointment the same day. The first company I called wanted to give me an appointment for 4 days later and was 40% more in price. I arrived for my appointment and the work was on my windshield was started within 10 minutes. The shop was clean and orderly. The personnel were professional and knowledgable. The job was finished in less than an hour.

I talked with southwest Auto Glass and got an estimate over the phone. I made an appointment the for the following day and when I arrived, they were just finishing another job. I felt my pickup there and left for approximate one hour. When I returned, they were finishing up the job and I was very pleased with it. The man in charge adviced me not to wash the truck for a few days and if I had any problems with anything, I should bring back. my experience was very good with this company.
