A-1 MOBILE SCREENS & GLASS

Javier L. Valadez is a very nice person.  I have seen pictures of other projects he has worked on and I think he is very good at what he does.

I live out of town so I made an appointment with the company and they were prompt with that meeting and they began the repair and replacement of the screens immediately and finished within two days.  I have been requesting a receipt from the company since they finished and have called, texted, emailed numerous times to get a receipt and am still waiting. Each time I talk to the owner he says he will send one.  This last time I visited with the owner I mentioned I would contact the BBB and Angie's List and not give a favorable recommendation- I have waited long enough. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them.  

while the window was fixed well the owner's attitude was horrible. he showed late for the estimate by 1 hour. i hired him because the estimate was reasonable and i couldn't get ahold of anyone else. he showed 2 hours late for the work. when i confronted him, he blamed me for messing up his schedule. no regard for my schedule. throughout the work he kept flattering me to a very uncomfortable point. he knew i am happily married. i was just glad to get the work done and get them out.

Javier called to confirm the time and showed up promptly when scheduled.
He was extremely professional in manners and appearance. We showed him
the windows that needed replacing and he made some great suggestions,
gave us a written quote and showed up with his work crew on time on the
date scheduled. They not only did a beautiful job, they cleaned up after
and left no mess. We were extremely pleased and when it comes time to
replace more windows, this is the only company we will consider using.

Javier did a nice job, he came out and looked at the window same day I called and came back a couple of days later to do the work, working around my schedule. Even though it was just a small job, he was very professional. I will call him again for any type of window work I need to have done.

Very good. the work was done on a Saturday to adjust to my schedule.

The estimate was carried out on the morning I requested it.  The installation was one day late, but we'd communicated about it.  I found Mr. Valadez to be very professional, to know his product well, and I hope to get him more work in the condo development where I live.

We set up a time and he no called/no showed. I had to call him the next day and we set up a time for him to come out. However when he showed up he didn't even bring the glass for it. He was to come out the next day with the glass and no called/no showed. About two weeks later he called me out of the blue and said that he was going to be in my part of town. I had not called another company so I went on ahead and told him to come out. He no called/no showed after making a special point to call me that day. The price he originally quoted me of $49 to replace the pane of glass I thought was fair and inexpensive. I just wish he would have showed up to do the work.

Well he was very polite and kept me updated in everything that was being done. I really do recommend him to any one in El Paso for his skills and well-done duties.
