Requested bids for 4 local companies. Within 30 minutes, Sonny called; after discussing details, had estimate that afternoon! Agreed to price and Sonny was there the next morning!! He was done that afternoon!! And great work too!! Would definitely recommend Sonny Wences Painting! Now on to sell the house!!"

"We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. I am happy to say Ryan and his team maintained the same quality, service and attention to detail as mentioned previously. Pretty impressive as this was a much larger project. "They were very competent.  Wish they could have done better about painting the new trim pieces before they went up on the roof.  But, most roofers are in a hurry and do not always accommodate individual concerns.  They did leave some trash in my front yard - not appreciated - the first day.  But, overall, they did a very good job.  They were done within two days.  I was outside painting some f the new trim pieces, so heard them working.  They did very well and worked well together.
