"Fast and reliable service great work"

I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. Remodeling and new construction . I have a fairly new Ford f-250 and a 16 ft trailer for carrying materials for jobs if needed. I take pride in the work that I do and strive to do a professional job.

"Sonny Wences came to my rescue! Putting house on market and started the painting myself and after 2 weeks wasn’t half done!! Definitely got in over my head! Than I remembered Angi! Requested bids for 4 local companies. Within 30 minutes, Sonny called; after discussing details, had estimate that afternoon! Agreed to price and Sonny was there the next morning!! He was done that afternoon!! And great work too!! Would definitely recommend Sonny Wences Painting! Now on to sell the house!!"

"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

"Jonathan and Dylan made the process very smooth and were extremely fair, and in some cases very generous on pricing for materials, labor, etc. and even going above and beyond to correct mistakes of prior work that was done by previous workers. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a General Contractor."

"Responded quickly and finished the job in 5 days as quoted. Really pleased."

"Very good. I would highly recommend them to others."

"We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. I am happy to say Ryan and his team maintained the same quality, service and attention to detail as mentioned previously. Pretty impressive as this was a much larger project. We would recommend Ybarra to looking for their next home project. A special thank you to Robert and Isaac from the work crew."

"A day project taking care of dry rot on exterior and few other punch out items to prep for painting. He stayed into the evening till the all the tasked were done. We are happy with his work"
