I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. Remodeling and new construction . I have a fairly new Ford f-250 and a 16 ft trailer for carrying materials for jobs if needed. I take pride in the work that I do and strive to do a professional job.

"Not so well. As a result of closing the door without allowing enough time the varnish to dry-off , the door got white paint stains from the door frame. I think they should wait at least one hour to re install the door or leave the plastic sealing off the entry after re-installing the door in order to be able to keep the door open until be dried off . I called Nick several times to get rid of these stains. He committed to come back and solve the issue but never showed up."

Tim himself came out and talked to us about the project, took some measurements and offered some options for the design of the replacement of the wrought iron and told us how they last a little longer and didn't rust, he really worked with us on the color because we needed it to match the color of our shutters, even though his outfit didn't mix the color, they worked with us a long time trying to get the right color and finally, we started to talk to the supplier direct and Tim didn't mind at all, it just delayed the project but they were very patient, at one point I paid them more than what the deposit was because of the delay.
