I've been a customer of AirCon for several years. They recently replaced an evaporator coil for me. After the installers left one of the tubing connections started leaking and the system stopped cooling again. Aircon sent a repair tech to fix the connection and all is good now. I appreciate the way they way they followed up.

Since the initial install, I also found that this company overcharged us for the equipment and installation, by at least a couple of thousand. And follow-up service technicians from another company pointed out they never stalled a starter capacitor, neither a corrosion diode. Both of these items would prolong the live of the external unit. Further, during the installation they also damaged the pipelines, lost freon twice, took a while to find the leak, which resulted in additional costs of more than a thousand. There was just way I allow this company back to work on the equipment, regardless of any warrentees. Shame on AirCon Service Co. How very un-American... not trustworthy.

The first technician was new to AirCon and had 2 year of total experience. He looked at the problem and said the capacitor at the condensing unit was bad and he replaced it. AC still did not start. He spent a long time (about 2 hours) looking at the unit in the attic and told me that the entire control board needed to be replaced. It was about a little over $1000 estimate as I remember. Judging from how he worked and lack of experience, I did not believe his diagnosis. So I asked AirCon to send a more experienced technician. My family needed to stay at a hotel that night since the house was too hot without AC. Next day, they sent me a different technician. He looked at the outside unit and told me that some kind of switch was not reset. It was fixed right away and of course at no additional charge. I was so glad that I asked for a more experienced technician. Refrigerant was also low so I became a service member to receive a discount and give them another chance since I liked the second technician. In the service agreement, I requested to send a technician with at lease 5 years of successful experience and they agreed. I can update report as our service contract continues....

somewhat confusing conversation. I called the number to talk to a representative. I have one old AC system and a newer (<4yr old) system. I wanted thoughts on both system. The other company sent someone who evaluated both systems and gave me recommendation on the newer system and discuss replacament options on the older system. This company wants me to pay to evaluate the new system and complementary visit to sell a new system? Also if your Comfort Adviser can't evaluate a system, how do they know if I need one??? Your rep wanted me to tell them if I need a new system. I am NOT an AC tech a and have NO idea how to tell if I need a new system

During 2015 AirCon installed a new Air Conditioning system. Immediately after the installation the system had issues bringing the humidity and temperature down, and did not control well at all. They diagnose, tried to fix the issue, and eventually replaced the system and control unit (upgraded). They were very responsive, however, after the system upgrade it performs somewhat better, but still did not function correctly. I ended up inspecting the attic installation in more detail, and found large fist size holes in the ductwork where they reconnected with the register. I had the problem repair. The problem at this point already escalated, and I had mold on the side of the register, as well as part of the ceilings. Obviously the system sucked and moved hot air through the ductwork. I ended up buying a dehumidifier, and had the mold killed / cleaned up, and ceilings repainted. AirCon did not cover the cost, they simply ignored my comments about the additional cost. Up to this day the unit they sold me has issue coping with warmer summer temperature months, and my energy bill is much higher. So much for putting my trust and money in there guys hands.

Where do I start? My family recently returned from vacation at the end of July. Came home after work to find the ac not working. Called Air Con and David came out and diagnosed the problem. Found the capacitor had went bad and needed replacing. Fixed the issue and AC worked great! David also mention cleaning or replacing the motor in the near future. Fast forward earlier this week, while running, AC unit began to make loud noises. I did some research and found it to be the Blower Motor needed to be changed. Called Air Con on 7/12 to schedule service on 7/13. Steven was dispatched to my home to only find out the motor was working and there were no noises. No charge for diagnostic or anything. After leaving for thirty minutes, came home to an AC screaming as the noise had become unbearable. I texted Steven to see if he could come out again and fix the motor. Hour later he arrives , replaces motor, and AC unit is working great! For any of my AC needs, Air Con will be the people I call. Thanks to both David And Steven on a job well done!! Happy Customer,

Called in the morning about an AC unit that was out. They answered the phone and scheduled a technician to come out same day. Technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The capacitor was out which is an easy repair that I have done myself in the past so I know how much the part costs and how long the repair takes. The cost was about the same as I would have paid myself other than the service charge which was reasonable as well. Because of the above, I signed a yearly service contract with them so they show up twice a year to check on the units.

The project went very smoothly and efficiently. Every special request we have made were honored and executed based on expectations. Pricing & configurations options were made available and explained with detail. Project was completed on schedule. There were a couple of job details that we think they could have handled better; that is, some old grids were replaced with smaller vent grid dimensions and special caulking around the heating unit was applied very roughly. This was probably influenced by their policy to finish on schedule as promised. We had to hire a handyman to repair ceiling to close holes since smaller grids were used as well as add caulking around the heating unit. Overall, we were satisfied with their work.

Ryan kept us posted as to when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Within an hour he had replaced the part and had everything up and working. He checked out my whole system and cleaned my outside unit. He was fast, but thorough, and knew what he was doing. Ryan was polite and respectful, a true professional.
