Per Abry informational packet that wa mailed to me, the foundation inspections are free meaning the only thing I could have payed 50 dollars for was the watering plan. When I asked about the watering plan, I was told that it was not applicable for my home. I have no issue with home inspection itself but I paid 50 dollars for nothing.
