"Mr. Sandoval delivered on exactly what we agreed upon.  My home was built in 2008 and the contractor who initially built the master shower did not install the shower pan correctly.  The poor work by the original contractor had caused water to seep into the walls and under the tile which resulted in water damage and caused the tile to come loose. 
Alex met with me originally to re-tile the floor of the shower as we did not know the extent of the damage until the tile was removed from the shower floor.  Once the shower floor was removed, we discovered that the shower pan had been installed with nails, which allowed water to seep behind the pan.  Mr. Sandoval contacted me and explained why the whole shower pan needed to be rebuilt.  
I then filed a claim with my Homeowners Insurance policy.  The policy covered some of the damage.  Alex and I then agreed on a price to rebuild the entire shower from the studs in (new shower pan, concrete over the pan, etc) and to re-tile the shower and bath area. 
Alex did great work and was onsite most of the job.  It took approximately 7 days to complete the work and the new shower looks incredible.  I am very happy with his work.  
I trusted Alex from the get-go.  I had no reservations of leaving him in my house while I was away at work.  He covered most of the furniture and did his best to keep the house clean. 
If you need a bathroom remodel, Alex is the guy to use.

We they recommend all these other things and we decided to do them - cleaning additional ducts and sanitizing. For the $89 we paid for the Big Deal, it could have come with a bit more instead of having to pay all the extras. I'm not sure I'd use them again. I'd probably call around."

"They were a bit more pricey compared to another provider but had better reviews so decided to go with them. The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. They sent the same installers back to the house and he noticed the primary drain pipe was clogged so the system had auto shut-off. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."
