"I have worked with many contractor in past and this was my worst experience. Absolutely worst customer service, the guy is abusive and a black mailer. I will strongly recommend to write down the agreement on what he commits to as he will start changing project scope and ask for more money. I am not the first one based on other reviews here where he ran away without finishing the project and blackmailed me to pay remaining before completing the project else he will report to City or HOA (luckily I am one of those who got permission from both but some of us do small fence projects without writing to HOA or City, so be ready to get blackmailed). He didn't stained my fence, didn't remove wood trash and left small pieces of projects, kept asking to keep 250 and pay remaining to him. It costed me $1000 to complete the remaining project through another company. He did a small fencing project and while digging holes for poles he damaged two sprinkler pipes costing me another $500 to get them repaired, I wonder if it's common when installing a fence (on side note I had my utility lines marked by 811). Quality of fence is OK (7/10)."

Ken-Do Contracting LP is proud to offer concrete and delivery throughout the DFW Metroplex. Mixes and pricing for concrete is: 3000psi 3600psi 4200psi Concrete truck pricing per truck, per hour is $100.00 with in the DFW Metroplex. Time starts when truck is loading at the plant and stops 15 minutes after drum is emptied. All sales are final and cash payments are due upon delivery. Tax will be charged on the price of concrete. Jobsite will need to be prepared and ready when our concrete trucks arrive. Adequate truck drum cleanout area will need to be available onsite. We will not be liable for damages done on the jobsite or during concrete placement. We will not guarantee specific mix designs. Please contact us if a specific mix design is needed, pricing may vary. We can guarantee 30 yards within one hour to the jobsite. If amount needed is over 30 yards, we cannot guarantee time between trucks after first hour. Ken-Do Contracting LP is proud to offer aggregate delivery and removal throughout the DFW Metroplex. We can pick up, deliver, and remove at various locations around the DFW Metroplex. If the customer has an account set up at a aggregate location, your materials can be billed to your account. Trucking will be billed separately. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didn’t want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. They lifted my house, stabilized it and performed all clean up and accessory work beyond my expectation. I am super happy with the results! Doors work perfectly, windows are caulked, bricks don't have cracks anymore, drainage is fixed and I can go on. The responsiveness and customer service were the best you can ask for. Bottom line, I place great value in companies that do good business. They do good business!!!!
