Tight spqcing 2x4 was placed, nailed and plywood was then placed glued and nailed. There were no errors, rattling sound - just solid properly built floor. The same goes for the wall. Sound construction of studs and dry wall. The paint job wrapp d all of that bl nding perfectly with the rest of the house; truly as if it were built with with the original house. In terms of pricing. Blake was very reasonable. Money was not the motivator; the quality and good outcome was his main driver. He kept telling me "if you're happy, I am happy!" And I was very pleased with the work. Frankly, I would have paid more. But the trick is that I will be calling him back many tim s to come. In terms of timing, Blake was quick. The whole job took a week. He was 8:00 AM at my door step every day. The guy m ans business and he is seriuos about it."
