He returned my phone call immediately and gave me a time when he would arrive the next day, which he did exactly on time. He took the washing machine apart and determined the motor was burned out. He said he would call later with an estimate. He called later and told me exactly what the price would be to fix the machine. I approved it. He arrived the next day to fix it, which took approximately 30 minutes. Very nice, very professional. I work near home so he would call and wait for me to arrive rather than requiring I wait at home for him to arrive. He is my go to repairman from now on.
