"They are a very good firm. I rate them an A+ overall. They were kind of expensive. They did not tell me that if I wanted a second quote of painting to be done that would cost me extra. I ended up paying for a second quote. The work was supposed to cost me $2500 and it ended up costing me $4500. They thought first that only one quote will be enough; however, they had to put another quote. They did a great job. They were very responsive and were on time. The work ended up looking great. I was very happy with the result."

"TakeAir Houston came to our home to clean our AC vents. After inspection they found we had a mold infestation in all out AC vents and AC unit. Avi gave us a number of photo's to review and told us what it would take to kill the mold and what would be needed to clean the full system once the mold was eliminated. Avi also showed us photo's and videos of our insulation which was contaminated and also missing in quite a few areas of our loft. He then told us what was need to clean out the old insulation, clean the loft and blow 13" of R38 insulation back in. When the guys turned up to do the work they were very respectable of our home and it's contents. They covered everything up and got on with their work. Once everything was completed they showed us the before and after photos and also gave us a video of the loft area showing us the new insulation. All in all they did a wonderful job, quickly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. They whole team were great and a pleasure to have in our home. "Of all the contractors that worked hard to remodel my kitchen, Mr. Jose Lopez of High Quality Sheetrock Repair, was my favorite. After the old counter-top and old back-splash tile was removed, Mr. Lopez removed the damaged drywall and replaced it. He carefully cut around the electrical receptacles and the plumbing supply lines to avoid leaving large gaps. He made sure that the drywall was straight so that the new counter-top will lay flush against the wall. He aligned the seams to provide a smooth surface on which to install the new tile back-splash. When told that the new tile may be glass tile, he returned with paint and painted the new drywall white to ensure consistent coloration of the translucent tile. He charged no extra fees for the painting work. The beautifully laid and finished kitchen counter-top and back-splash tile are a testament to Mr. Lopez's forethought, conscientious attitude and careful attention to detail."

"The upstairs rooms were extremely hot or cold during the seasons.  Jason informed me that I did not have any insulation in the upstairs attic and I was getting the heat and cold from the roof.    Since the insulation, my upstairs area is much cooler!
Jason is very knowledgeable in his field and he quoted me a price that I could not refused for down and upstairs attics.  He was on time at my home and ready for work.

"Initially it was a bit difficult to schedule because they have very limited hours for which they perform the auditing services.  Once we we were able to schedule the audit, they were on time and very professional. The gentleman who performed the audit was very knowledgable but it was a very quick process.  He said he had everything he needed on his phone and ultimately recommended additional insulation and new windows.  In some respects, I feel like this should have been a part of the estimate process which is customarily free rather than an independent "audit."  Overall, the service is worth it but I might recommend just having someone come out for an insulation estimate instead.
