Al's Construction

"This job was completed to what was verbally agreed upon. Ms. Green did a verbal change order with us for $300.00 and swapped out not painting the fascia board/pressure washing, to replacing posts for the gate that 4 other contractors worked on prior to Als Construction. $500.00 was a deposit for all the materials that were purchased and there were cars in the way of trying to repair/paint the fascia, which is why the original quote was changed and additional work added in which came up to the same dollar amount as the original bid given to Ms. Green. Als Construction communicated to her on numerous occasions and the gate was still repaired by putting 3 1/2 inch lag bolts into the fencing in order for it to not come off the structure again at no additional charge. This customer **extorted** $300.00 out of Als Construction through filing a complaint with home advisor about the work not being completed to what was originally proposed, although work was completed and paid for in full at the time. If the job was not satisfactory then why would Ms. Green pay in full for the job and agree for Al's Construction to then paint her home prior to Covid 19."
