To our understanding, you were going to travel to Texas to take care of several needs for the new purchase of your home. Our admin reached out and tried to move your time to another slot due to a scheduling conflict with our Project Manager which was an inconvenience for you if your day was planned out with other appointments and engagements. We are short-staffed at this time one of our Project Managers is on vacation and the other is having major medical issues and is out until further notice leaving only two available. Again this created some frustration on your end which we fully understand. We see that the house is still pending and is listed online. Another option we could do for you is a budgetary estimate based on the information you gave us.
