Alberto and helper installed a 50A inlet box, interlock and an additional breaker to my fuse panel for emergency generator power, something we need here in the Houston area. They were punctual, did a great job and walked me through the process at the end, making sure everything was working properly between the generator, the cord, the inlet box, the interlock and the fuse panel. All for a reasonable price.

Absolutely excellent in every way possible from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy with super fast communication and transparent pricing (which was very reasonable). Once there, Alberto was not only very efficient but knowledgeable and even educated me on what he was doing. It is nice to see someone who takes such pride in their work. This is a very honest company and I was very pleased with the work done. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and look forward to hiring them again soon for other projects I need.

The tech arrived on time and installed the ceiling fan much quicker than I expected. He did an excellent job and explained exactly what features the fan came with; something I was unaware of. The job was done professionally, and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I Would definitely hire Ares electrical again.

I hired this company for fans installation but one of the fan was making noise. I wanted to make a payment but they started threatening me that they will report me. Now they are not answering my call and I want to resolve the issue.

"You are a lying and swindling person, You made the payment days after the work was completed. looking for excuses to negotiate the payment when you accepted the cost and after finishing the work it was too expensive and you only wanted to pay for two fans with excuses that one fan was bad, it was explained to you that 1 fan had manufacturing defects and you did not understand that it is not the responsibility of the installation technician, the information was sent to you of the payment and mentioned that you made the payment, you never made the payment as you mention, show a confirmation of the payment according to you, but we did report you in the City with a red flag, you might not pay interest today but I assure you That red banner has effects and we do not plan to remove it, Mrs. “[Member Name Removed] ” [Member Information Removed] Sugar Land, TX [Member Information Removed]. We Believe in KARMA. I think you don't"

The SP started the job but he was never able to make it work the cameras he was working with. He created damaged in the wall by pulling wires off.

"Unfortunately, we had to work with racist clients who, after finishing the work, refused to make payment. The installation technician entered the property to collect his tools and the client hit the technician in the chest. After collecting his tools, the client was discriminating and being rude and making threats to the person. The client had contacted another electrician to do the work and made several cuts in the wall to run the low voltage cable of the doorbell, the technician always takes photos before starting and after finishing the work, we have sufficient evidence and witnesses of his mistreatment towards the technician, their walls had holes that another man was patching the holes in the wall before the technician started"

I received a text message shortly after opening my project for the ceiling fan installation on Saturday evening. I responded Sunday morning and the service was started Sunday afternoon at an agreed upon price. The electrician came out and completed the job in no time.
