"Workers were very nice and explained what they would be doing each day. They were respectful and if something new popped up they would come to me and address it right away. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. Just some back up reinforcement would be nice ð otherwise I'm pretty happy. Basement looks and smells a lot better. â ¤ï¸"

Generally, the term “rolled roofing” refers to MSR (mineral surface roll) roofing. This type of roofing is similar to asphalt shingles but comes in a roll that’s unraveled and installed over your roof deck. There are many types of rolled roofing, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing (aka torch down roofing).

Tile and shingle roofs both have their pros and cons. In general, tile roofs are a larger upfront investment. The minimum recommended slope for a porch roof is 1/4:12, which means 1/4-inch of rise every 12 inches of run. Slopes of 3:12 and 4:12 are more common and provide faster drainage for runoff.
