Ricardo and crew were prompt, respectful, kind, courteous and extremely professional. Ricardo did not try to sell me like other five star roofers had attempted. He got right up on the roof inspected it thoroughly and explained to me exactly what was going on. No sales pitch. He is honest as I had other contractors tell me I needed this and that throwing me into an unreachable ball park estimate . The crew worked hard with perfection. The clean up amazing! Ricardo checked the grounds before hauling the old material and not on nail to be found on the ground! I have a beautiful 30yr roof. Ricardo is not only an honest and respectful business man but humble and treats you like family. If I could give him 10 stars I would. There aren’t many businesses like Ricardo and crew around. The job ran very smoothly. They were exactly on time & finished in 1 day. They put tarps around the house so the only way u would know they were here is our beautiful new roof. Mr. Castillo was very pleasant to work with. He explained the process & materials well. As well as answering all my questions. They are easy to contact & return ur call.
