"I am extremely pleased with MILEX (MILO insulation). Work was done June 7 & 8, 2021. I have noticed a significant improvement in my home. Very professional, on time, worked nonstop except for a lunch break the first day (removing all old insulation- it was a MESS!). Worked nonstop the 2nd day - blowing in the insulation. I donâ  t hesitate to recommend to anyone and everyone"

"The crew showed up every morning on time. They patched/drywalled and textured numerous small areas. The texturing was so good, that it is almost impossible to detect where the repairs where made. They also framed, drywalled and textured the kitchen area for recessed lighting installation. They repaired an area where there was a shower leak. They replaced the drywall and textured an area where a closet had been removed. On every part of the project, they exhibited superior workmanship. And at the end of every day, they cleaned up after themselves. Hire them again? Definitely yes! "
"Very professional crew. Sales people were very friendly. I'm not looking forward to summer heat again just yet, but am anxious to see how well this insulation works. Already glad to see how warm it's my home."
"This company produced the quality of insulation they promised. We needed attic insulation as well as perimeter wall insulation. We asked for closed cell with open cell on top. The work was exactly as promised. Chester and his crew arrived on time and completed the entire project in one day. We are very pleased with the quality of the product, the work ethic of the men and the price of the insulation. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing spray foam insulation."
"l spoke with three other solar installation companies and was unhappy with the level of professionalism and the knowledge of the salesperson. I had decided to cancel the idea when I came across Sunpro in an ad. I was attended to immediately, a very impressive assessment was done to analyze the amount of electricity I have been using through the years and exactly how many solar panels I would need to cover my power needs without overpaying for panels that were not needed. Everything was documented for me in a very professionally done color booklet with all the facts, figures, and graphs that made it very easy for me to understand the entire process, costs, benefits, and etc. During this process I was advised what Government rebates were available for the installation of solar panels AND that if a structure was needed to mount the panels to, rebates might also apply to the cost of the structure. We had been considering adding a patio to our home and Sunpro showed us the benefit of building the patio now which would provide the exact location and angle for the panels to capture the maximum amount of sunlight. The entire job was done in a surprisingly short time and the quality was superb. The patio (including stamped and colored concrete) turned out beautifully. Frankly, I don't think I have ever been truly satisfied with any work that has been done on my home until this experience. Even the city inspector remarked at the excellent quality of the work that was being done. In addition, the Sunpro system included making the entire house energy efficient by spraying foam insulation in the attic and sealing the entire house. This extra step (which was never suggested by the other companies) has made an amazing difference in the way the home feels and it allowed for fewer panels needed to provide the power my family requires (saving me money). I have found out since the installation that Sunpro used certain components in their system that were far superior to what the other companies had advised. These small and inexpensive upgrades have made this system far more efficient than what I had been shown by the other companies. The owner of Sunpro provided amazing supervision for the entire job. Sunpro also provided ALL the documentation I needed to apply for the rebates and tax credits. Everything was put in an organized folder to give to my CPA. The entire process went perfectly. Since then, Sunpro has done other work for me that has also been done perfectly. I don't know if solar panels are right for everyone, but this is definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. since the installation, I have not pain an electric bill. In fact, at this time the electric company owes me electricity. I might add that in my particular case, the entire project costs LESS than what it would have cost me to build the patio alone. Frankly, it is my policy to NEVER recommend anyone. I have taken the time to write this extensive recommendation only because I am 100% satisfied with the way the job was handled and the quality of the work and materials and the outcome of the entire project. "I received 3 quotes on installing a new 5 ton unit to our house air network was $2,000 cheaper than the # 2 bid and over $3000 cheaper than the other bid. They came when they said and chris was very knowledgeable. We had a new unit installed as well as all new ducting and blown in insulation. I would highly recommend air network in the Weimar area"
Small patches can be DIY, but professionals handle large-scale repairs with seamless results.
It’s highly recommended to use studs for a TV mount. The last thing you want is to be watching your favorite show when the TV falls off the wall. Studs are much stronger than drywall and quite a bit stronger than drywall anchors but, if you can’t find the studs or there simply aren’t any where you need them, you can use drywall anchors. It’s extremely important to make sure the anchors are rated for the load of the TV. We recommend using anchors that are rated far beyond the weight of whatever you’re hanging. Our suggestion is metal drywall toggle anchors.
It is more difficult to drywall a ceiling than it is to drywall a wall, but not so hard that DIYers can’t tackle it. One of the main issues with hanging drywall on your ceiling is getting it into place. Drywall isn’t light so, if you are hanging full drywall panels, you will need at least two (it’s better with more) people to hold the panel while you drill it into the ceiling as a single piece can weigh between 40 and 60 pounds and will need to be held in place for up to 10 minutes.
It’s not a good idea to plaster over broken plaster (unless by broken you’re referring to cracked, in which case that’s perfectly fine). However, broken plaster can be a sign of a larger underlying issue like foundation damage or severe damage to the lath holding up the plaster, so it’s worth investigating before you simply plaster on top of the damage.
Drywall anchors won’t work on plaster. Instead, they will more than likely cause more damage and pull out the plaster. The best type of anchors to use on plaster walls are the ones that will bite into the surrounding area, such as molly bolts and toggle bolts. Masonry anchors with expanders on the sides also work for lighter pictures.
