More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. The on!y thing I have a problem with was the cost. I am a senior person and the cost was extravagant. The plumber did great work and it only took less than 30 minutes to change out two flush valves and change two water line connectors. I think that over $600.00 was too much for a senior person to afford. I cannot afford to call Home Advisor again and would advise any of my senior friends not to call them."
