Went great, Matt responds quickly if he doesn't answer. He came and installed the locks in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Forgot to send the other guy for the thumb turn the next day but when I called he promptly sent someone to install it. Very happy with the work!!!

I called and Matthew came out the next day. We did have a little trouble getting in touch before he came. He rectified the situation , and the work was done very quickly and correctly. The lock now works better that it has in years.

Called to see if they could replace a malfunctioning doorknob and lock. Described the knob. They showed up when they said they would (evening). He needed an extra part and drove to the shop to get it and then returned to complete the repair. He could have told us that he would have to come back the next day and gone home to his family. Instead, he did whatever it took to get the job done. A+ Service. Hard to find today!

We made calls to the dealer who wanted considerably more to replace the key that only had a broken plastic so it couldn't stay on the key chain. We called two other local locksmiths, one who had an office and another also a mobile van, both wanted around $100 to make a new key since it had to be computer coded. The first said he had no blanks in stock, but would have them in a week and after several follow up phone calls to him, we felt that he was ignoring us and really didn't need the business. The second locksmith took too long to get back to us and he also quoted a higher price. We had already set up a meeting in mid Corpus with Matt because we live 60 miles from him and wanted to save him a trip. He met us, took about 20 minutes to code the key on computer and via phone with Nissan. He changed the original key to match the new one. Later we realized there was a third key that no longer worked because of the new coding to the ignition, so we called Matt Simpson and he was willing to drive out to our home, but I needed to be in town so I arranged another meeting and he smilingly met me, coded the third at no additional charge and our business was completed. We want to mention that every time we called Matt he returned the call within minutes. He also does video cameras, electronic access, recording equipment, surveillance systems. And has 24 lockout service. When we are ready to put surveillance cameras on our property, we will call him.
