Additionally, I must commend Josh, the owner of Native, for his act of kindness and honesty. He went above and beyond by pointing out a minor cosmetic defect in the unit that I hadn't noticed during inspection. He chose to do the right thing, which resulted in him replacing it with an intact unit from the distributor located out of town to ensure my satisfaction - all done the same day!
