Provides chemicals and performs balancing, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, skimmer and pool cleaner bags cleaning weekly and backwashing when needed plus filter cleans at additional costs: DE or Sand. Also performs equipment replacement: pumps and motors, heaters, filters, time clocks, etc. does perform green to clean services as well for an additional fee, but I have never seen algae in my pool. I have owned three pools in 26 years and performed most of my own maintenance. I know most if not all pool ownership/maintenance ins and outs and costs. Ken Couper does the job well - to my high standards. Outstanding customer service. Timely and dependable service schedule. Ken emails cleaning/maintenance reports weekly after each visit.
