"I hired Tommy Roden to re-stain my back porch and deck at a home I own at Cedar Creek Lake. Their bid was twice as high as the other 2 competitors, but I wanted a quality job so I went with them. They applied Sherman Williams paint to both surfaces. When completed the work looked very good. But within 24 hours the surfaces in both areas started to bubble up. I told them and they came out to see if they could repair it. It didn't work. They said it was the product. We asked Sherman Williams in Gun Barrel City to come out and take a look. The Sherman Williams rep said that admitted that the problem was a result of their product failing. After much back and forth, Sherman Williams offered to pay for Mr. Roden to come back out, strip and re-apply and the job turned out great. Many thanks to Tommy who stood behind his work and went the extra effort to be sure I was taken care of."

"Steve was excellent. We couldnt decide on colors so he did a couple demos to help us decide. on the floors we did coffee and brass marbled. And gunmetal and titanium on our counters. We are completely astonished at how gorgeous the work is and how easy it is to maintain. we spent roughly 11k with set in stone designs and it's worth every penny spent. Will have them epoxy our lake house this fall as well. Highly recommended. Steve's knowledge on different epoxy and his ability to explain the process was excellent. would not call any other service. "Service was prompt and professional but, be sure this is what you want before you do it.  It's hard to tell exactly what it's going to look like and, after it was done, I wished I'd gone with new countertops.  I'm also lousy picking colors.  That's not the contractor's fault.  That's mine.  The kitchen definitely looks better but I think I would have done better to get new countertops.
