It was rather short notice, and he was able to work a miracle and get us scheduled. On the morning they were to arrive, one of the ladies had a sick child and was not able to work. Chris called (prior to the scheduled arrival time) said he and his team would come that evening and take care of our house. As promised, Chris arrived late afternoon to get started and his team arrives an hour or so later. They got busy and were done in a few hours. I had never used someone to clean my house, but because of my knee being in pain it was hard to do everything at the speed that I was able to do so I really needed help. Etasia helped me through it. They sent out a young lady named Donta and she was sooo good! She did an excellent job! She was very polite and very kind. She did an amazing job!!!
