"My wife found your website on Facebook.After Checking reviews we communicated and they sent a rep to our home.We went through my needs where he walked thru the whole process. After agreeing on terms they send a foreman to review again. Two days later work comenced. The crew arrived about 7am and started working.They worked for 13 straight hours and completed the work. The crew were pros and pleasant. Very pleased with the job. Very pleased I choose Prison pool restorations."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
