When I needed hot tub repair he did show up and removed the part of hut tub I needed removed, he couldn't find the replacement part anywhere, so I found it for him (took me five minutes to find it). Took him over a month to come and replace it, not to mention I called him and texted him a couple of times to see when he would come get the job done. No response until he finally picked up a month later. Then when It was finally hooked up and ran the hot tub i realized I had a cracked line and some other cracked fittings that I would need replaced. He come over in a day looked at it and wrote down what I needed. That was last I heard from him. He will ignore your phone calls and all your texts. And not to mention the previous part I replaced leaks badly, probably due to him cutting the fiberglass tub trying to get last part out. I would highly recommend finding someone else, even if they have to drive from Dallas, don't waste your time with him, he will eventually ghost you.

We paid Werry Pools a deposit for a new heater and hump for our hot tub. Now it's been over 2 months and he's completely ghosted us.

Matt does not respond to calls or messages, I had my pool switched to salt water and a new booster pump installed, within 6 months if that the booster pump went out and the salt water power console fell sideways, he installed it on the same post my small old console was on. He hasn't fixed anything as he said he would. Now he doesnt answer my calls or text. I would never recommend him.

Excellent customer service

My pool has never looked better. We are very pleased with the cleaning service and have also used them for pool repair. Dependable, hard working pool service. You wont be disappointed.

Great guy. Knows what he is doing.
