"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "They were hired to screen in my covered patio & do some painting. I showed them pictures of what I wanted & explained in detail the color, the extra painting, & the dog door I wanted included. They gave me a price for everything, & said they’d start Monday & finish in a couple of days. They started Tuesday, & stopped work Thursday with the job only half done. They didn’t do the work as I requested & haven’t returned. They only assigned one worker who apparently didn’t understand the color I wanted for the woodwork, the extra painting, the dog door or what the completed job should look like. They don’t show up, when they say they will & I have no confidence that the work will be completed as I requested. I included in the pictures I supplied the example I showed them of the patio enclosure I want."
