He put up a patio cover in solid wood. He made sure that the lumber was good quality and not cheaply made. He also did the cement work under the patio cover. He did a good job, was professional, and the service was fairly priced. He communicated clearly how he was going to do the service and when he was going to do it. If he was late, he would always let me know. Anytime he showed up it was always at the time he stated, which can be rare for contractors. He also installed a granite bar on the patio.
